I wanted to let you know I finished with the experiment with the slugs. Their slime was a little difficult to work with... But I managed to make it into a useable paralyzing agent. It should be safe enough to use with weapons. But you should still be careful with it. It should be effective against monsters and things like that.

Do you want me to have it delivered to you?

[Woah, talk about fancy. He hadn't gotten new cufflinks in... well, ever. Just not something to worry about in his past lifestyle and all. But like the letter said, it'd be good for an event like celebrating the coming year. Also, whenever he might have to begin attending formal events.]

[He has to think and consider. Somnus probably didn't get gifts often (or anymore) so he only thinks it's fair to send something back. So, a day or two follow, Somnus will get a package. He's a more practical guy so... why not a fishing rod and tackle box to go with? Might be a little much since they're both good with just a hook, line, and bait, but some did attract fish better than others.]
